We felt strongly that there had to be a more sustainable, efficient and student-centered method for managing visitors and the handling of mail for residence halls without paper logs and spreadsheets. In November 2013, we decided to take our vision to reality. We were mindful that our students are more connected and mobile than ever and wanted to create a product that fit today’s student while supporting current operational policies and procedures. Our innovative team of designers and developers began feverishly transforming current antiquated methods for visitor and package handling management into what is now, Groovian.
